Cork is light and naturally soft, elastic, hypoallergenic, impermeable and easy to clean with soap and water only. These products are vegan and 100% made in Portugal. No animal material was used in the process of making these products. The Quercus Suber or Cork Oak is an evergreen Oak Tree found in the Mediterranean. The bark is harvested sustainably every seven years to provide the ethical material used to make these products.
